Mercury Foodservice has supplied restaurants, banquet halls, and institutions across the Greater Hamilton area for over thirty years. The business was built on a simple idea: a kitchen runs better when the people behind its supply line actually know the people behind the stove.
That idea has carried Mercury through every change in the industry, and it is still how we work today.
We are an account-based distributor, not an online store. Ordering happens by phone and email, with people who remember what you ordered last week and what you ran out of last Friday. Standing orders, last-minute pickups, and the odd favour before a busy weekend. That kind of service is the whole product.
Our delivery footprint is Hamilton, Burlington, and Stoney Creek. Curbside pickup is available from our Hamilton warehouse for accounts that need it.
