How ordering works

Four steps from first call to first delivery.

    Get in touch

    Call, email, or complete our contact form to get started. Tell us a little about your kitchen, including the type of operation you run, your production volume, and your product requirements. We'll work with you to find the best solutions for your business.

  2. 02

    Receive the product list

    We will provide our current SKU list, complete with brands, pack sizes, and pricing. Our team will also be available to answer any questions and provide information on products not currently included in the listing.

  3. 03

    Open an account

    Simple paperwork. Once you're set up, ordering is by phone or email to your contact at Mercury.

  4. 04

    Delivery (or pickup)

    We deliver across Hamilton, Burlington, and Stoney Creek. Curbside pickup is available from our Hamilton warehouse.

Where do you deliver?
Across the Greater Hamilton area on scheduled routes: Hamilton, Burlington, and Stoney Creek.
Can I pick up from the warehouse?
Yes. Curbside pickup is available from the Hamilton warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, for active accounts.
Where is your pickup entrance located?
Although our address is 360 James Street North, customer parking and pick up are accessed through John Street North.
How does ordering actually work?
Account-based, by phone or email. Once your account is open, your standing order lives with us. You call or email your contact, and the order goes on the next scheduled delivery.
What if I need a specialty item that's not on your list?
Often we can source it. Mercury's distributor network reaches well beyond our standing catalogue. Send us what you're looking for and we'll come back with what's available.
How do I get the current product list?
Send a short note via the form below or call 905-546-5554. We send the full SKU list (brands, pack sizes, and current pricing) to qualified operators on request.
